I bought one and was quite dissapointed...very repetitive AI and very limited functions..doesnt have half of the intelligence that most of the promo vids proclaim...one day though...I think Im gonna hack mine..where are those screwdrivers...

I'm thinking about getting one just to hack it. The basic motor skills seem good enough. Add a "real" AI and this could become pretty nice. Is it "strong" enough to carry a little payload? (a micro-computer + additional wires etc.)

i wonder if you could hack this to have wheels. it appears to have enough flexibility in its legs , that if you gave it wheels it could skate around, probably quite fast.

probably still be able to walk normally just by keeping the wheels in opposition and then if it wanted it might skate away. i need to design toys

The detection system for obstacles is fair enough feature though.

Nice to walk it's self to a charge port. Voice command to the robot or phone would be more endearing as if your telling it to do something.

The view finder like a web cam, and I can view on my phone. When on guard mode, if something new comes up to it, it would alert you on your phone. That would be nice.

Uhh if not the actually WowWee Company, I guess just wait till random spy companys do it for you.

I would love an interactive robot, and a guard dog as well... Though it doesn't really know I'm there. If it was like bluetooth to my phone, aware of my presence. Using my phone as a remote rather than a separate remote-control. To know when I come home and come towards me (as like the Connect2Car does, when walking towards your car and will unlock it automatically). I can push a button on my phone and to come towards where ever I am in the house.
