I agree with Visionism, it's really important to be able to play on tempo and clean. He looks very promising

Yes you can tell he's a beginner. BUT - He's playing clean and in time. That's a lot more important for a beginner than playing all the notes. Playing one note well and missing one is better than playing both sloppy.

can tell you're a beginner, lots of notes left out, try playing with more than just 2 fingers.
