should i do wrestling. I am a big 6'2 200 pound guy and wrestlers are always saying i should join wrestling but they say its like hell and i HATE!!!! running so should i join.
@STFRxKRyPToNiiTE Well I didnt wrestle in high school and I was told to but I didnt want to deal with the running too. I joined the Marine Corps about 5 months ago and to be honest it sucks to run at first but once u get in shape its easy and fun to be honest. But yea I'd say either take wrestling or join a brazilian ju-jitzu class
yeah were i live there is a boxing/kickboxing place to train and i applied for it. so hopefully they will call me and let me know if i can train there.
You're saying "I'm big, should i wrestle, I don't like doing hard work." .. Then no you shouldn't wrestle, it'll be hard work and your size won't matter 'cause you'll be fighting in weight classes.
did i ever in that comment say that i do not like to do hard work i played football for 3 years so i know what its like to run i just said i hate running
@STFRxKRyPToNiiTE i agree, i did a marathon and now despise running lol, it's like cricket, it's shite, but i can and am quite good, just dont see the fun in it
Actually running is not good for wrestling at all. They should do more weight stuff, complexes and circuit training. Check out Zack Even-Esh stuff on this.
hes working his grip for his guard...sorry hes not benching 315 like the rest of the steroid freaks at the gym... i bet this guy could tap some of you muscle heads pretty damm quick
i know tons of kids that bench 315 and never touched supplements, let alone creatine. lol@ steroids freaks. don't be mad cause' not everyone has your genetics.
ok, so the difference between muscle endurance and power endurance is that muscle endurance is more isometric, static positions and power is more to do with an actual movement and being able to repeat it over and over???
Its called isometric holds, might want to do that with a sandbag or something.

@elitesniperface to me, running is good for endurance training, but I don't see the point in running too much.

AMillerStephen 2 years ago
@AMillerStephen
Yeah prolly, but there are a lot of grip specific exercises you can do. Or do pull ups on towels, ropes etc.
