@blackturtleshow - I'm thinking I may have done the math wrong... 2,534 on the south Jetty and 1,500 on the north... I'll have to look it up but I don't recall it being more than 5000. No matter how you look at it, it would have supplied work for plenty of folks for a while that is for sure!
The fish are gone. The wood is gone as well as the forest it came from. The dolos are an anachronism of a former time. The Pacific will take away man's greedy relics.

That's over 7000 dolos! That must of kept quite a few people employed over a substantial period of time!

@ZenArcher - no kidding, I would need a full wet suit for this area... I think about 7 minutes in I could be a goner :-).... mine is a sit on top.
