Hey, great that you did this. Now that so many years have gone by, you have this for your kids, and all of us too, who want to know how to make these foods! I have seen a lot of recipes and each one is different making the Piroshki, thanks for posting your moms 'twist' on it. She is the only one I have seen so far that baked them, everyone else was frying them. I prefer the lower fat version. Again: THANKS!
kudos for taping this...my mom would have never let me tape a recipe....i had to write them down on the sly....i love the way she wanted you to wash the meat. my mom also make me wash all my meat and chicken. :)))))
