  • haha "click next, click next, click next...." Good video though. Thanks!

  • If you notice, the photo story file is saved as a .wmv which can be easily imported into movie maker. the author didn't mention this, but it works perfectly.

  • Thanks! I can't wait to try it.

  • Thank you very much. I'm surprised you have so few likes for so many views. You've done something nice that's helped people who are tinkering around with Windows Movie Maker for fun.

  • what the hell does this video have to do with panning and zooming in movie maker?? you gave us a tutorial on photo story 3.

  • HI thanks for the video - can this saved in a HD format?

  • can we do this with video clips (not pictures) ?

  • @flakkeroo try Lightworks beta

  • great video! :)

  • Good job!

  • haha dude you sound like a total flamer but nice video

  • click click click lol thanks man

  • @JayJuBo :D that's all there is to it.

  • Click Next. Click next again. Click Install. Wait for Install. Open Photo Story. Click next

Click Import Pictures. Click Okay. Now click next. Click next again. Click this little arrow. Click Yes. Create Music. Click next.

  • @ImplingB0MB Haha it's really that simple.

  • ANNOYING

  • @lukeisntgay ur username is quite ironic....

  • fcking queeer

  • @brogen666 Lol sorry for the voice. I know it's annoying...

  • @solvingtime There's nothing wrong with your voice, but there's everything wrong with brogen666's manners. (Rude sod! Correction ... rude, illiterate sod.))

  • Can I use this in conjuction with MovieMaker? Thanks.

  • @PalaceHotelBallroom Totally. Just export to that later.

  • How?

  • u such a nerd!

  • @TheDerbydan123 I love compliments.

  • Your freakin rock!!!!!!! I have been looking for a way to pan for my WMM. Can you import these into MM for future movies? I guess I can figure that one out on my own. Thank you soooooo much!!!!!!

  • @lilly2874 Yeah! It's just a normal video file now.

  • Well, THAT answers my question...

You really CAN Pan and Zoom for Free...

  • The new final cut pro includes a ken burns plug in

I've never been able to do it in Vegas.

But have thought of how to do it using after effects

.but none of them would be as easy as this way... this is by far the easiest ( user friendlyest whatever )

Of course you could do it like Ken burns and move the cam ...... lol

  • Try Vegas Pro.

  • @solvingtime Too Expensive. I want something free, or easy to crack.

  • @tintinytdj vegas pro 9.0 doesnt always work like its keygen doesnt work its keygen proof unless you have crack which doesnt always open but vegas pro 8.0 is crackable and i say its better than 9.0 just search how to get sony vegas pro 8.0 for free keygen

  • To discourage the embracement of cracked software, I'd recommend you test out an awesome, totally free, faster-than-Windows operating system like Ubuntu. On Ubuntu, you can find tons of movie editors like Kino, Cinelerra, and the Open Movie Editor.

  • if not, do u know any good other software with the ken burns effect? thanks!

  • Do you mean you are using a pirated version of Windows?

  • xD haha pirated windows xD

  • THANK U!!

  • omg you're so faster speak!

  • thx been looking for the photo story with pan cheers bud

  • thank u so fuckin much dude

  • Thanks for this! :D

  • omg this is just what i needed!!

    thanks!

  • can u do this for video too or just photo?

  • Video too.

  • How do you do it for video? When I try my file does not show up.

  • Oh sorry, I thought you were referring to another video, and I was brain dead when I replied to that. Photo Story 3 only works for images, but Ken Burns video effects are in iMovie and other programs... maybe Microsoft will add it to a future version of Movie Maker? =P

  • no dude it dosent work for video thats why its called photo studio

  • lol your vids r gr8 but ihave vista on laptop meaning that pan in and out fx are alredy on wmm.... lol XD

but it can help on my computer xp

  • You're right, WMM includes the ease in and out effects, but this video concentrates on setting where the Ken Burns effect starts and where it goes, as you can do in iMovie. For example, you could start the panning on top of someone's face, even if their face is in the bottom-right hand corner of the screen.

  • luv your vids! they are awesome!

  • lol

  • nah no offence lol

  • (^_^) lawl none taken, I blame it on mike

  • ur voice is so gay!!!! u sound like a computer lol

  • Gee, thanks?

  • omg
