Paul, I don't know if you got my channel comment but I need help on learning how to run while hula hooping. Any advice?

@petejuggling I replied - I said to learn to juggle while hooping- it teaches you to tilt the hoop down in front while hooping.

@petejuggling It's just like regular hooping - big hoops are slower and easier, small hoops are harder to do and faster. there are a lot of subtleties that are hard to teach, you really just have to experiment
