I have been using Nature's Way "Alive" Multi-Vitamin. Not sure it is completely and entirely made from natural foods but I have been using them for over a year. Contains enzymes and probiotics and amino acids.
gnc vitamins, 100% natural, gluten free, enteric coated (your micelles absorb the nutrients NOT YOUR STOMACH LINING), superior time release over 5 hours per pill so more is assimilated rather than urinated out conforms to USP for weights and measurements and disintegration. dont waste your money on "whole food vitamins" the pills break down and are "digested" not absorbed digestion is the process of breaking down not assimilating nutrients.
@haven600 GNC is allowed to use the word Natural because they use <1 (less than 1) part natural ingredient and 99 part SYNTHETIC. The FDA allows this.
I ask you is this protecting us or big business and guess who makes these 'synthetic' ingredients? Your vitamins have to say 'from whole foods or organic'. If the word 'Organic' is used they are NOT allowed to add synthetics.
I believe GNC has a line called Natures Fingerprint. and they put synthetic in these as well. I've gotten the before.
@Julie5510 Gnc uses 100% natural content multivitamins, the external enteric coating which makes 0.15% of the volume of the pill protects it from stomach acid so your micelles can absorb the nutrients. your stomach lining doesn't absorb nutrients. organic also means it isn't cleaned or tested 150 checks and balances by the USP for weights and measurements. "whole food capsules" get digested NOT Absorbed. instead of making this up as you go maybe you should attend an entire semester of school.

@Julie5510 btw Natures fingerprint got standardized to "Herbal plus" which is their organic herb line pushed beyond the "raw" herb product fads. you get the active component extract that does what clinical research says for that particular herb so theirs a control on what you're ingesting.
The best multivitamin tablets ive come across is 'Orachel" it was formulated for the australian olympic swimming team and the formula was bought by Neways International. Its is a unique slow release formulation of Vitamins, Minerals and Chelates. While contributing to the removal of arterial plaque, its is also 100% nutritional from natural sources. go to the Neways website and look at there products, they are absolutely amazing
