It's in the second part of the Henne Mines. You have to get the key from the Geomancer in Jahara after defeating 10 espers to gain access to it.

I remember when you uploaded the immobilize glitch. When that was new back then (1yr ago) I thought why not using stop too while it prolongs the timer of Immobilize. Thanks Bjarne
