This so reminds me of my oldest daughter <3 I have tried to love her enough for me and her father and it just isn't the same. I'd do anything to give her that part of her life cause I know how it has effected her through her life. She has a step dad and he does love her but it doesn't make up for her real dad.

I heard part of this song on the radio & said this song is great. Once I had free time I searched for this song so I could get the name of it & found it. Then I came on here to watch the video & hear the whole song. This song is very sad but up lifting. Once I heard part of this song on the radio it made me think of my b-day, since it's around the corner. When I saw the video it make me think of my dad. I have been lucky to have my dad in my life all of it & even the heavenly father.

This song did make me cry, because I have seen so many girls without their dad, and a lot of the outcome is bad not always but Dads your daughters really need you! this is such a touching and true song. I always tried to put someone in my life that would replace my dad but I felt empty inside cuz nothing ever worked. dads dont realize how important they are to there kids. and leaving your kids cuz you cant get along with your wife isnt a solution to anything you just mess everything up.

I was close to tears the first time I heard this song, I know what it's like not having your dad there when you need him. I didn't even know who my biological father was until I was twelve. And the one who raised me, my dad, I haven't seen in a few months. I miss him alot, but I know that God is everyone's father (even though some may not know who he is) and that he'll always be there when I or anyone else needs him.
