And it lack's the Savonious Rotor's Overlap-Gap which feeds half the Upwind Bucket's Spill-Air to the Downwind Scoop. The single Bottom-Bearing works Very Hard. I have plans for a 6 Deck Savonius still afoot. Wind Electric, with Pulley for a Waterpump & or Flour Mill. 3 ways useful. No Commutator. Turns Turbulence into Torque, in fact.
