Actually Mongolia was never under the influence of Russia, however Mongolia was under a great influence and were practically a colony of Manchuria which is basically China and It was the Russians who supported us in our fight to freedom and there were countless Russian soldiers under the command of Sukhbaatar in the Mongolian rebellion.
