  • classic inspo's i grew up with in the smokys

  • Man, this is Ronnie Hutchins in his prime! He rates right up there with Smitty Gatlin as far as lead singers go. Just listen to the power in his voice!

  • Wow, they were just kids here!

  • AWESOME THANKS FOR POSTING

  • Thanks for posting this song I remember this from when I was a young girl.

  • I am a HUGE fan of the "Inspirations" ! Wow--when was this early video? I am guessing around 1966?

  • Jack Laws is awesome.

  • love this song!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

  • Thanks for all the great Inspirations videos. This is wonderful, and Archie is AWSOME!

  • Archie Watkins "rares back and lets'er fly". I would love to see him singing "I'm come too far to look back". Anyone know where I can find it. If you've never heard it you're missing a superb gospel song. Archie Watkins looks soooooo young in this video. Maybe he's just out of high school. Anyone know for sure?

  • I think that "I've Come Too Far To Look Back" is on the "We Shall Rise"album or maybe the "Touring The City" album,Either way,you are right, the song is wonderful!

  • I know troy and trey burns who is his son. We are great friends with them. watch chineese vs americans in ping pong.

    very funny.

  • Man... Archie looks like a little boy! I believe I was about 2 or 3 when this was recorded.

  • i coulda stood another verse and chorus of that!!!!!!

  • Could this have been around 1961 or 1962? I know in 1963 the bass singer was only 17.

  • I'm loving this! Anyone have any idea the year this was recorded?

Archie looks like such a baby-face!

Martin always looks like he has so much fun at the piano. Back then and still today.

  • I find it funny that Troy started out singing bass and then went to lead.....he was short, but a great little bass!

  • Thank God for old-fashioned singing! That new stuff just doesn't quite seem right compared to this old-timey sound. Thank God for the Inspirations!

  • I absolutely love these old videos

  • You did it! You posted another Inspirations video!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you adkinsda!!!

  • Classic Inspirations! I can't get over how far they've come in 44 years, and yet surprisingly not much has changed.
