You have an amazing practice. I really enjoy watching you. You are a true inspiration. I am a yoga instructor myself, but because I am in school, I have not been teaching, nor have I been practicing regularly. I am going to start Ashtanga yoga classes within the next week (school will be over) and watching you makes me more and more excited about starting. THANK YOU!!!
sir pls send your email id i want invite in rishikesh in india in november 5,,6,7 my id is amiit_kumar38@yahoo.com send a message i will add you in my list
Hi Brady, first find a teacher you like, there are many different teachers with different styles. once you have a teacher that fits what you look for things should fall into place quiet easely. Good Luck
im looking to start yoga and i wanna try this style... but i have no idea where to start and i dont wanna hurt myself either... anyone got any advice??
Beautifully done asanas demonstrating great balance, flexibility, strength and control. This kind of skill comes with much dedication and practice. Very inspiring.

just kidding.... . the reverse into tripod headstand is so hard without that type of core connection. females may expereince more difficulty with these upper body balancing asanas but I like to use them to encourage men to feel good about their first yoga asana expereince.
Makes us men feel good if we can do something right away:)
i can do some of those moves, but i never practice(bad english) i just like the moves, i dont have time...but if some one could teach me how to breathe i would be thankfull, he is awsome
Could you tell me what the music is playing in the background? I want to work on the asana's you so skillfully perform and I want the music to help me concentrate on the sequences.
Thanks, I have been practicing daily for about 10 years...
Tips: find a good teacher who knows well his material and train a lot and often... most important be patient and enjoy your trainings.
I do not do machine training, there are enough strengthening exercises in yoga, however if you like machine training it does not hurt tto increase strength.
Originally I am trained in Hatha yoga but I have been very inspired by the ashtanga flowing practises. Either way, asana technique in ashtanga is the same as in hatha, the difference between them is more philosophical than technical.
