2010 IRS Business Miles Driven Deduction

Question- I iown a 3 Unit home, I rent out 2 units and live in one of the Units.

I also have a home office in the Unit i live in to handle my RE Buisness.

Im thinking of setting up a PO Box for my buisness.

Are the Miles To and From the PO box Deductible?
