  • @ArisHDi Keep a workout journal, this will help you not to fall behind in training and assuring that your body does more each time. Switch your routines every 5 weeks or your body will plateau. go to the sleep at the same time each night, and wake up the same time every morning. Drink something sweet or eat something sweet no later than 20 minutes after working out. The key is to trick the bodies muscle memory. Shoot me a message and I'll tell you more, and you a killer routine,

  • @bolsenny Muscle adds weight so no. Why would you not want to be heavier though? Nothing wrong with added weight, as long as it's muscle mass you're adding.

  • U have inspired me man, I'm on secound month of my training. I'm doing p90x, additionally I started MMA trainings and I'm going to sign up to waterpool. My body is... well, I'm looking like u have looked at secound month, I just can't wait month 12 : D It's my passion, my goal, whole life is diffrent, better.   • what did you do to work your abs? Being 6'5" I am too tall for the ab machines at the gym and I find it hard to believe that simple crunches gave those results. :P I am just starting to work out and only weigh 150lbs, so please give me some tips. Abs are the only thing I am not sure what to do with. :(
