It looks more like a sharp shinned because the tail is like squarish and coopers have roundish tails!!!! And it is pretty small

It actually picked-up the Pigeon and it is considerably larger than the pigeon. The tail is slightly rounded so I am really leaning towards immature Cooper's. The fact it was able to lift the pigeon is very significant.
