Looks easy enough to me, man, and you can follow the lighted keys, and really use you ear too! You gotta be able to hear the notes you wanna play in your head anyway before you lay them down... That's gotta be what Ray Charles was doing, he didn't have any music to read now did he?

multiple programs are used to make that happen.

you need a screen capture software and some kind of midi keyboard and keyboard display software.

I recommend a mac.
