So is it really bad? Is it because it's basic or what's wrong with it? I've been looking for a program so I can do Stop Motion for a class I'm takling do you have any reccomendations?

hey my bad, i figured out two days later that my computer had a broken/messed up video card so i installed it on our other PC and it worked out fine. But you said you had been looking for a stop motion program and claymation studio 2.0 gets kind of bad video quality so i would look into stop motion pro, but i didn't really like the free trial so i got Pinnacle studio 14 ultimate HD which i like much better because it can pretty much every thing ONCE YOU LEARN TO HOW USE IT.Glad Icouldhelp:)

If by learning curve just how hard it is to learn then on a scale of 1 to 10(10 being most difficult) about a 7 because I had been sort of working with windows movie maker before so all the advanced features were new to me. But if you read the manual(unlike i did) and experiment with it then it should be a breeze. Oh and if you are working with stop motion then 24 fps is the lowest and 12 the second lowest. If you want to know more then i'll probably post a tutorial on all the how to's. :)

Glad I could help, my 2 part tutorial is uploaded in case you want to watch it, but the seconed went to like 12 minutes so there might be 3 parts (sort of) :)
