I do with with my burg all the time, it's fun! Have my own strategy too, goes especially fast with 2 burgs but it's just as easy with 1.

I actually ran this over 15 times today and came out with 18 flakes and 3 stacks of tablets

the chests dont contain mithril flakes anymore :( but the chef guard sometimes have 1

so all i have to do is get 500 more morale, and a 2nd age bow that shoots that fast lol

first of all, it is possible to have a bow with that speed, but in this case ill say he use needfull haste, i hope u dont play hunter, cause then u gotta work ur knownlegde out abit..

even with the book 7, FG can be still farmed. It takes just a little more time

u can also reset the instnace by entering the forge next to fg

nice...however it's easier when u go a normal (HM) run , win a lieutnaut uniform at the 2nd boss and after completing the instance u just dress the uniform and go open the chests...
