That more looks like a taco with candy cane swirls around it. You have a asymmetrical building that doesn't have a clear subject. You have dark shadings at the bottom, but no sense of direction (I would assume it would be upwards due to the pointed end). You sure that is not a sculpture rather than a building?
theres a big difference between an artist and an architect..you must be an artist my friend because you dont use an abnormal building as your subject to show your architectural skills.
I think you need to look at that building again and think 'How can I make it better?'. I see you can shade but then you have absolutely NO highlights anywhere on the sketch. You're off to a good start but you need to develop your skills.
