  • Yes, this NOT Anulom Vilom Pranayama. Do not hold the breath and perform a "lock" (bhanda) like this without proper instruction from a yogi that knows what they are doing. Bhandas force prana through various nadis and if its done wrong it will mess you up.

  • This is not anulom vilom pranayam.... it is another technique of pranayam... must be practiced with extreme care..
