I seriously hate this game, it's an insult to everyone's dueling skills. It's child's play compared to real life dueling, and everyone starts off with the same cards that are the worst in the game. Not to mention it's a bitch to get new cards.

Don't see why everybody calls this a fail game because you need to buy cards? What do you do in real life, print out cards and duel with them? You can get a lot of cards for a little money on this and it's worth the price, if you want to freeload, go somewhere else and stop complaining here.

Yu-Gi-Oh is a game that you spend a lot of money to get the best cards. Even with skills you can't beat somebody with better cards than you. I should know cause I used to play in tournaments and probably spent already more than $10k on this game for the past 8 years...

Skills are nothing but a small equation in this game. You need good cards to keep up with that skill...unfortunately in this day and age you can play Six Samurais and have no skill and still win...that deck is auto-pilot...

God this game sucks balls, you get crappy cards, even with a decent starter deck it doesn't help if you win events you still have to buy those packs, beating an NPC with a starter deck is almost impossible, and you can't trade. Biggest waste of my time.

That's how you start the any game anyways...you always get crap and you are made to deal with it. Also the only thing that its different from IRL playing is that you cant eBay the cards or buy them from a local card store.

Man its almost impossible to get up there with the higher level duelists. You have to beat and NPC enough time for them to be a friend and maybe get a card. But it hard beating an NPC with the cards your given. You Sir most definitely spent a boat load of money on those cards.

It looks liker this has all the problems of it's predecessors. Too much time per turn, too many slow animations and a fairly cumbersome interface. I'd rather play the ds or psp games with all card cheats even though there not ranked very well.
