I made it with a program called Mirage....But now I think it's turned into TVpaint Animation.

Looks great, one criticism is when he blows, the mouth looks unnatural. If you think actually how you blow something like that your mouth would be much more narrow, rather than just closing. But considering this was uploaded 4 years ago I'm guessing you have improved since then...

At the Centre for New Media Arts at the Australian National University......but they actually don't teach 2d Animation, so I had to learn myself. They used to teach the basics, but 6 months into my course, they changed completely and only taught 3D (Maya), very sad.

It's tough these days to get much training id 2D Animation. 3D is getting all the attention. The best thing we can do is improve on drawing and keep making shorts. Looks like you're on the right track. Keep it up!
