  • Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Isaiah 5:20 For you Mumia supporters! Read the above verse!

  • Thanks & Gratitude, in solidarity ...Free Mumia!!!

  • Nice Try

  • the support of millions should not be enough to convince anyone. millions have been wrong before.

out of curiosity, have you read the trial transcripts in full?

  • kill mumia........freak

  • So why aren't these rights given to him, what would a new and fair trial hurt, do you also think that Billy Cook wants the respect for a fair trial since Veronica Jones was arrested for something that she was already arrested for when coming forward, it's FEAR from people like Kev666 that's inflicted on the masses that know the truth too well.

  • any doucebag can swear to an affidavit, but they are not subject to cross examination so you can say whatever you want, there are affidavits of people claiming to be Elvis come again, they dont get prosecuted because there arent cross examined. so an affidavit is nothing, i want mumia and his brother to testify in a court of law, that affidavit says they will, but they were in '99 and 2001, so why havent they testified yet??? they are liars, it only took them oover 20 years to come up with that

  • freak your still not ansering my question, WHAT DOES MUMIA SAY HAPPENED???

  • Actually, in an affidavit, Mumia pretty much states what happened and in the affidavit Mumia claims innocence, no matter what, Mumia never claimed this in a court of law for no new fair trial and he was barred from his own trial no matter what this was for, they have not testified again because they have not been given a new, fair trial to do so, Billy Cook had a trial so KEV666 you're obviously starting to blow your spot, Mumia also claimed to want "all of his rights not some" as well

  • theres proof that hes innocent..theres no proof that hes guilty...whats stoping them from freeing him???

  • yes i am well aware of that I always new that, any monkey can fill out an affidavitt, im talking about an actual accounting as to what happened that night, all the copkiller said was"I am innocent of these charges" and all the copkillers brother said was "I aint got nothin to do wit this"

  • if mumia is soooo innocent why doesnt his briother just say who did it, that simple

  • Veronica Jones side she heard White's confession about being coerced into testifying, years after White had died. Dead people can't talk. Mumia's defense even stated in court that her confession was not accurate.

  • Court records state that Chobert's Cab was 30 feet behind Faulkner's Police car.

There is no proof presented that Chobert was drunk. So not only is it a lie, it's slander.

All of these accusations have been considered unreliable.

I suggest that anybody that doubt's Mumia's guilt simply read the transcripts of the court proceedings. It's all on record unless you think that Philadelphia police coerced the court transcriber into altering the transcripts.

  • whether Mumia is guilty or not is not the issue. His trial is highly politicised by both sides, one who depicts him as a demon and one as a blemish-free hero. now, Mumia did make some mistakes during the trial, e.g insisting on being represented by John Africa & being defiant in ct. However, it is clear he did NOT get a fair trial, so his conviction is suspect. If he shot the guy, fine, but let them prove it in a FAIR trial, not one where the odds are stacked!

  • Truly, I believe that Mumia is guilty, and recieved a fair trial!

  • I take it then, that you did not like our movie, or did you watch it?

You don't think the jury 1)should have seen the newly discovered photos, 2)heard Veronica Jones' testimony about police coercion of her and Cynthia White, 3)heard Gary Wakshul explain why he reported that "the negro male made no comment"?

  • No I did not like your movie!

Yes, I did watch your movie!

How could the 'old' jury see the newly discovered police picutures?

Gary Wakshul did initally report: no comment. However, the shock of everything delayed the reporting!

And I strongly disagree that any police coecion was involved.

  • The jury could have seen the photos if they had not been suppressed by the DA! That is my point. If the jury did not see all available evidence that is a problem.

So, for the record, you believe that it is credible for police officers to "forget" about a confession to the murder of a police officer?

I think it is completely far-fetched, and is strong evidence of a police frame-up.

    This is a legal lynching.

  • do you really believe that a police officer, someone who has been TRAINED to deal with this type of thing, and whose friend got murdered would forget if the murderer said "I shot the motherfucker and I hope the motherfucker dies"? Cuz he must have been a pretty bad cop if he forgot a confession for a murder for two months! And seeing how it was his friend don't you think that theyd want to get the killer, and if he confessed that'd he'd have remembered it and made a note of it RIGHT THEN?

  • Excellent job! I dont think hes guilty. Its just a gut feeling. Thanks for sharing this!

  • As a news reporter for 30 years in GA and MI, I have witnessed how sometimes Govt. and large corporations (who own media) can and do control the news in a subtle but effective way.

On the local level, news is sometimes censored by advertizers by stories that are not told or covered.

Mr. Mumia Abu-Jamal may - or may not - be guilty of killing this policeman.

This new evidence screams for a new trial.

Those who truly believe he is guilty should not fear a new trial - let the facts come out.

  • This new evidence has been brought up in appeals and has not found to be worthy of a new trial. Read the transcripts!!! All these new witnesses and evidence aren't credible so don't warrant a new trial. He has had his appeals. If there is a new trial and he is found guilty again you wouldn't be happy either.

Our courts have procedures and he is using them and he doesn't like there outcome. We can't give everybody a new trial every time they want it.

  • This is important issue - can a black man get a fair trial in America - and especially older cases when evidence collection was not as pristine and sometimes fabricated.

While we don't know if Mr. Mumia Abu-Jamal is guilty - it is clear that major issues are raised by this new evidence.

A new trial is needed to clear up the blunders.
