Replace all taxes with sales taxes for all civil functions. We need government to get us the stuff we want, so the price should reflect the actual cost of subsidies, wars, cleanup, and administration. Something like the FairTax but double it until the air and water are clean.

Gas handling procedures need to change for Rapid Gas Production Systems. Since Cold Fusion is here, we need to have rules in place be able to handle Oxyhydrogen gas produced by cold fusion techniques. Bottled gas uses manual shut off valves, which are electronic in the new systems. A new safety philosophy for Hydrogen on Demand procedures needs to be written.
