Patch: no perks (sleight of hand, stalker, quickdraw), no killstreaks, Im k with proficiency's, No more rapid fire attachment, NO MORE SEMTEX, and no more flashes/stunnes, (might be good, but is fckn annoying to get stunned/semtex).

SLOWER walking speed (everbody has lightweight). if you use an smg you sprint with 30km/h. you will most likely like atleast on of these thing, 90 percent uses the mented perks incl me, but the game would be better wich such a patch, undebateble im always right!!
