Yes, it is human voices but its imitating instruments which is haram, also all musical instruments in Islam are haram. The daff is an exception, but can only be used on three days; Eid, weddings and when a soldier comes back from jihad. I advise you to just edit this (and any other future uploads) making sure you have the main part in the video rather than an intro for a couple of seconds Insha'Allah. May Allah reward you with goodness, Ameen. Forgive me if I came across rude and Eid Mubarak =]

I know akhi, but we shoudnt have to end up "hearing" music on peace tv of all channels. If you hear music and you have the ability to stop it then you should.
