  • hey i read a few comments and they say that doing all these excercises are making thier thighs and arms bigger. And you guys say that the more muscles we work on the more calories we lose.   • Could this almost be a hiit interval training as well? :)

  • @Pr3ttyNpinkx yes and no, it's more like fartlek training, where the intervals are less defined, based on your ability to complete the work, rest when needed, and get back to it.. instead of intervals that have you work for a certain time, this gives you time to do a certain amount of work :)

  • Girls ... it was my first day on the official TIU Diet ... I did this workout this afternoon and man ... you kicked my ass ! I was only able to do this circuit 2 times, I walked the rest of the time. It was hard but at least I can feel it work !

  • @2ktn it depends on the amount of fat you have, your diet and cardio training too. The less fat you have the easier it is to see muscle. If you don't have very much fat your results should really start to show in a few days.

  • @hollowriver could be 300, maybe more maybe less.. it depends on your hydration levels, electrolyte balance, your lean body mass, bodyfat percentage, effort and intensity, outside temperature etc.. :) it's different for everybody. We don't want you to micro-focus on each individual calorie.. instead fuel yourself with the right nutrients at the right times.   • Hi I'm from India, I'm great fan of your workout videos. I have reduced from 88Kgs to 65 kgs by doing your videos and jogging for 30 minutes atleast 5 times a week. I use water bottles instead of weight. My overall fitness is up. Your background music is amazing and love your videos. Please post some more cardio workout. My problem area is inner thighs they start chaffing if I dont workout for atleast 2 days. Please do help me.

  • I feel the sweat, just did this right next to my computer. i didn't really feel it in the abs much though, but i do abs every day swimming for two hours at practice + the excercise so i think i'll increase to 15x3 BUT THAT WAS GREAT - LOVED THE FEELING! :D

  • @JEHHLING you have to work really hard and eat right to build significant mass, especially as a woman. without resistance training, you won't grow much. just eat healthy and light and do these workouts. see how it goes after a couple of months.

  • @akshiil the solution to that is to eat clean and train hard ;) use your own body weight with exercises.

  • I play volleyball a lot and this worked!! I did it once with the vid took a break and then did it the suggested 3 times.. Gunna go get this sweat... My room is too hot for this haha!!!

You should also try the 30 day challenge!! That would be perfect!!   • for some reason, when i do side plank, i can feel a ton of pain on my arm(the one on the ground) than it burning on my sides or abs. is this how it is supposed to feel?

  • @starfashionista it may be too hard on your shoulder!! just try bending your bottom leg to modify it. that way most of the pressure is on your whole bottom leg and forearm.
