I just tried out Maxime for the first time today and I have to say, he totally rocks! You did a great job on this character man, and your sprite work is incredible!

Gotta love that helicopter finisher, and his third level combo finisher is really dang impressive.

It's a nice touch to have to actually make a strategy while playing as him instead of just alternating being punching and kicking, it adds a whole new level to the playing experience. Looking forward to what ya do next!

No it's not Totoro, but that character is a Totoro and he does fight alongside a little girl, but he isn't the Totoro from Miyazaki's movie.

He's from a game called Waku Waku Panic I think.

Well, damn. Mazime is proving to be an excellent character. Well, more of an excellent character. I'm more then impressed.

I also do like that music. While i'll be the first to say that it sounds very much the same as a lot of other stuff you've done that pretty much applies only to the samples used. Mostly the "Orchesta Hit". It's still a Wicked little peice of music, though. =D

That's because Maxime deals really low damage aside from Supers. He's all about the combos.

Yeah. The vid was originally almost twice as long (second round) but the first round just synced up so well with the music that I had to cut it.

It was all flukes!
