@simonschuster thank you! Maple syrup is hard to find in my area! I have made this recipe now and let me tell you, it was AmAzING! I shouldn't be surprised that it was though, since the recipe came from YOU, the most wonderful vegan in the world :]
This is such a great video! Colleen has such a lovely television cook persona, easy to follow, which is hard to find. Colleen also introduced me to liquid smoke, I never even knew wtf it was before she mentioned it--all my food tastes way better now! XD

I missed bacon after going vegan, nice to see how to make temph Bacon. I have never seen anyone make it, if i read it in a book I think I would mess it up.
