Dont all prisons have a ''Guy who can get you anything'' ? Get him to smuggle in a candle for you and mabye some matches too. or on second thoughts get a lighter and cigarettes and a flashlight then they can smoke and see in the dark
once it gets to the foil it would burn consistency.. have you never lit a candle before.. the wick always burns fast until it gets to the wax and then it slows down
one way to make a prison blade is to take tooth paste a little water and rip up some paper.. then mix it all together in a bowl.. it turns into a paste..and then you can shape it into a sharp blade and when it dries it is hard as hell and as long as you shaped it good then its sharp as hell too
