Alright let me clear all this up for everyone. This guy, if he is the creator, made this game with a mapping program. Either Elite Map or Advance-Map. It's an edit and not a complete re-make. Pokemon are easy to edit. The game can be considered real. To get on the PSP he used an emulator. Just exploit your PSP. Good video, however your map is off. Also whats up with ZOMG... thats lame... lol nice video.

Nope its real. They're are quite a few emulators for PSP and besides that they're are alot of games that are unreleased but end up on the internet as ROMs.
