Easy way is : Google "Bullet Hole", find a picture, click on file -> Place, open picture and change the layer to Screen, and you got a bullet hole?

Just open your image in the background but leave the image with the bullets open. Then go to your arrow move tool and just move the bullets from one to the other image

Mine doesn't seem to work. I have CS3 but when I use the wand thingy to select around the image and press inverse it says that it doesn't detect any pixels. Any ideas why, need help. Thnx
