    1 BTU equals 0.2929 watts

    4,266 BTU / 0.2929 = 14,564 Watts in one hour = 14.5 KWh

    I have a heaater much similar to your model and have been tracking the fan hours this heating season.

    I was able to duplicate your calcs with my experience.

    I agree. Ive saved about 85 dollars cdn. this season and have a much warmer living space.
