@lorelainoah Because they have never found him. They are trying to keep awareness alive in hopes that one day he will return home alive. Or to make whoever took him and killed him, see his face as often as they can so their guilt will never go away until perhaps one day they confess and tell Kyron's parents and authorities where his body can be found so they can put him to rest. Imagine if this was your son, brother, grandson, or friend.... Wouldn't you want news like this?
