The SC2 players here are good and undoubtedly some of the best SC2 players around. Still it seems to me though that only 2nd ranked and has-beens SC1 players are (so far) going into the SC2 scene and the level of play is still not compareable to what you see in pro SC1 from people such as Stork, Flash, Fantasy and Jaedong.

Would love the combination of HD's great comentary skills and the best SC play even though the SC2 has better looking graphics.

Actually, Tester trains a sentry as soon as it's second barracks is complete. He makes the most out of this opening. A better micro would have let him stay in the game.

Yes, HD only really cast HIGH level games because there exciting. At LAGTV we cast LOW level games that our viewers send in. (Bronz-plat) Giving them pointers on thier game and giving the avg. Joe the "spotlight" for once. We think you learn best by watching your mistakes not by trying to copy the pros.

@ifreewillie if you guys enjoy watching videos you will need to get used to watching ads. HD will get paid for every ad watched on his videos, maybe one day potentially making his channel a profession for him if it supplies enough cash.

I think they can even choose how often ads are played through there videos as well. I don't know for sure but it looks like some people have more ads played then others.. I know on day9's channel that ads are played every 10 minutes no matter what dur his vids

He might've expected a standard 3rax push timing, but seeing as it's Foxer, he always compensates by sending in hero SCVs! What Tester should've done was cancel the Stalker and get a Sentry and constantly Chronoboost it as well as maybe throw up another gateway. The Zealot was a horrible idea. But what Foxer could do then is set up Bunkers outside Tester's ramp and expand and tech maybe to Tanks, so that Tester would be contained.

You have no idea how hard it is for protoss to get gateway unites in early game. Protoss gateway unites cost a shit load and die to lesser expensive much more powerful Terran rax unites. It’s ridiculous how we are expected to get sentries that cost 100 gass each in 4min game time. Its Imba how Terran can pull SCV’s to fight because of mules. That terran did nothing but exploited a design imbalance error. I’m sorry but that is not skill.

@gafgarion9420 - after the video is uploaded on the YT servers, it needs to be processed. You might recall how the vids used to be in really crappy quality for first hours and that it is no longer so.

Actually - it is. They upload the vids as "private" and only after they process fully - they set it as public. Hence the timelag between "uploaded" and actually showing up.

Friend HD on Facebook, maybe he'll throw in links to pre-processed videos there sometimes.

except that's not cheese. if the push fails, he isn't out. he only cuts scvs momentarily in the beginning of the build, after which he makes up for it by pumping mules... also, foxer is not a "cheese player". i've seen plenty of his games in which he expands early. how is early expanding "cheese", especially for terran, who are least likely to fast expand?

HD is more professional, but seems to lack confidence. Husky is kinda the polar opposite :) Thats why i subscribe to both, and both Husky and HD are the best casters out there. Imo HD really does his best, it's amazing at how dedicated you can be. And doing it all for free for our entertainemnt. We really are the lucky ones!
