@TheYaom Yes, it might be one of the sources. I've had shooting pains down my left arm and various satelite pains for 7 years, and just found out it's located in my SCM - but the cause is superficial breathing i.e. "stress breathing"..

what causes chronic trigger points there?
I have lots of pain there and back of the head..... (I read this muscle can create satellite trigger points elsewhere)
is it possible this muscle and the trapezius are creating my chronic discomfort and dull pain?

very painful area and encompassing so very many trigger points. very good presentation and when this technique is done effectively it feels great.
