This makes a hell of a lot of sense, i started working out because i put on a lot of weight but didn't follow a diet, was doing fine untill i decided to start weights and cut my calories down to about 1700 - 1800 calories to speed up the process. Monday and thursday were full body weight sessions and tue, wed, fri and sat were cardio days where i did 65 mins of cardio.
Lasted about a week before i came down with morning anxiety and lost all appetite cause i felt sick to my gut.
I am a spin instructor and have been for over ten years. I am now currently looking into "working in" as a class. Thank you for all of your wonderful info and for thinking of working in, I don't think I've heard of that anywhere except from you
Hi Paul, Just wanted to say how much I appreciate you making this great info available to us. I'm a recently certified personal trainer (at almost 49 years old) but also a long time Yoga practitioner. Everything you're saying makes total sense to me in a way that I've not heard anyone else express. Thanks again, I look forward to seeing the rest of your materials and purchasing some of your books when I can.
Hello Paul, I have been in the health profession myself for over 10 years, as a coach, PT you name it. I have steadily become more interested in corrective exercise technique, Osteopathic technique but ignored the importance of inner being and this has opened my mind up hugeley. Thank you
You are inspiring me, giving me hope and courage. One thing you might not know about organic foods is that it's way better for soil biology and therefore society. (It isn't just that it's more nutritious) Societies have collapsed from poor soil management. Growing crops for bio-fuels is potentially devastating. Anyway - GOOD JOB, SIR!
Ahhh, your gonna like my soil lecture. Its going to be uploaded in a week or two. Also watch the most recent PPNF talk i posted for more soil science toward the middle-end.
There isn't anyone better to learn health from than Paul Chek. These videos just solidify my already held beleifs in his superiority. Thanks for the info!
WOW, not even elevating the heart rate! I forgot about that. I always try and stay relaxed and teach others to do the same, but the lack of heart rate elevation just brings that relaxation to the forefront. That is going to be so helpful.
Mmmm turkey dinner... I'd take a walk with Paul any day! I really appreciate the distinction between working out and working in... By taking HLC II, I was introduced to Tai Chi and Qigong, and have been practicing every day ever since!... Paul, I've completed my first gong and am working on my second (in a row) thank you!!!
