Mike, thanks for posting. Your video on the wiki page inspired me to train again. I set a WR in 1986 with Fakini silicone balls on a wooden floor - 286 throws. It had been the unoffical WR for for decades. I like your patterns and the calm pace of your videos - I see a beauty in the way you hold the patterns precisely. FYI I learned from Paul Bachman in Chicago in the 70's. I was kinda happy to tie. I'm going to work on 8 and 9 force now, while Alan leaves them in reach.
