  • Are you you?

    Am I true?

    Clear winner here

  • Wow, hes a damn good illusionist, lemme tell you, that his cheese he's holdin

  • "That's called circulation!"

    No. CircuLLUSION!

  • You guys need to post the whole 40 minutes of this

  • This Warlock is quite too nice

  • I hope Nebin comes back some day.

  • Gratz to Peter Johnson, even tho that's more of a porn actor name :-P

  • needs moar gnomes

  • Morthos is truly scary in this. o_o

  • i love this one im sorry to hear nebin is leaving =[ well at least you have more time for morthos and regdar to make out now! =D yay!

  • I true send off to Peter- the man is amazing-- truly. His Salieri in Amadeus was absolutely incredible. Here's to you Mr. Johnson- you will be missed in this area-- best of luck in the future!

  • im very happy wit the "Next time" news , about new guys.

    its very sad to read that someone is going away :(

  • Responding to Masterofchaos, I personally love the Lonelymal69 episodes. They're my favourites. :) Question! Who would win in a sexy-fight: Malcanthet or Hennet?

  • I shall answer this question on behalf of all men. Malcanthet!

  • These guys are awesome. I really liked this one. :)

  • dude!! this is of the freaking hook!

    i mean, i agree with the guy that said debates are not your best but still... this is good stuff

  • I liked it a lot, but it's much better when it's scripted. (Though now we know just how good at improve these actors are).

    Circullusion!!

  • BOOOBS!!

    Heh... Another great one.

    But no, Warlocks are much better than illusionists. Warlocks can go all day, while illusionists tire.

    Its all about the stamina.

  • Dudes, come on, we'd really rather see one you worked on than one you threw together just to shut us the hell up for a while. All these Duo-talky clips are kinda lame and boring, even the ones with lonely Mal in them (shes hot,the other guy's not).

    Go back to your roots before you got bored or tried fancy multi episode shit and give us some good stuff.

    Oh and bring back Lidda!!!!!!

  • Different strokes for different folks and all that -- we try to always keep things fresh with new experiments in video, and, obviously, not all of our work pleases all of our fans.

    I hope that you'll keep watching, because there's more, new, different stuff on the way. Promise.

  • I'd actually go for Ialdabode vs NecroLarry in the next one if the people are still available. The whole mind affecting stuff doesn't affect undead and then the inevitable "brainless" comebacks... or perhaps duct tape Morthos's Cthulhu Beanie Baby to someone's face and have a mind flayer character!

  • has anyone ever noticed that the whoever sits on the left always has the upperhand throughout the video?

  • Holy shit. I had honestly never noticed that.

    Would you, maybe, believe that we did that . . . on purpose?

  • uhhh....did he break the coffee table?

  • Wow, watching this again really helps me put the whole "improv" thing into perspective. Major props to Peter & Steve! I found myself laughing harder than the first time!

    Looking forward to more, as per status fucking quo of a fanbase.

  • We need a Venger/Alhandra D&Debate!

    Seriously :-)

    Oh yeah, and MORE LIDDA!

  • One of the best D&Debates ever! XD One thing i wish you guys had (though it would be a pain in the ass I bet...) is subtitles, cause sometimes i have my volume up all the way and I still can't hear you sometimes. :(

  • Somthing's wrong with your computer's volume setting then. Take a look so you can enjoy these to their fullest.

  • "Oh oh oh! Third time's the charm!"

    hahaha. I love it!

  • "Yeah! Woohoo! Yeah! Boobs! Yeah! Oh man!"

    "And now you feel empty inside."

    LOL! Was Nebin's assistant behind the camera or something?

  • The illusionist wins because he has cheese!

  • This is not acting... it's Steve and Peter having a conversation in front of a camera.

    ... and I appreciate it.

  • I love your stuff, but this one looked realy random. And I miss the cheese hat.

  • positively delightful as per usual kids

    loved seeing PJ :)

    and the cheese head? nice touch, GO PACK!

  • Is that CHEESE HAT?

  • That IS cheese hat.

  • Woo! Go Mitra the Shaper!

    Ialdabode vs. Mitra in D&Debate 6! (or 7! or 8! or 9!)

  • It's....circuLLUSION!

    Nice.

    ~~~Nightstalkers, Tordek's Alter-Ego
  • I never knew Morthos was such a little girl on the inside...
    And there is no way that a paper cut is cooler than a fireball.
  • Is there some stock Illusionist character I can stick into the game?--Because I have always loathed them, ever since AD&D. "Prismatic Spray!"--oh, shut the fuck up and get a REAL class. As always, thank you lads; in this case for reconnecting me with my disgust for illusionists.
  • Other than Nebin, I honestly can't think of ANY illusionists.
    I played a Drow Illusionist at one point, just to kind of FORCE some cool into the class, with a lot of shadow magic and fear-effects, but that's about it, man.
    Sorry.
  • There is an Illusionist in my 1st edition game named Duo.
    He's an illusionist who is consistently using mind affecting drugs. He is chaotic neutral personified.
  • I really enjoyed how the illusionist made a warlock think his powers sucked! I rather like the idea of an illusionist using their brain rather than ability to die# damage to get out of problems.
    And the handshake thing was damn clever too.
    Way to go The Boom & Others Whos Names I Don't Know!
    P.S. Have you been keeping up with the dndog game? I'm their cheerleader now! I wear no clothes!
  • We have amazing actors: both Steve and Peter really brought the goods, and the smart illusionist running circles around the cocky warlock was a treat to watch live.
    Glad that you're digging the videos, and I'll try to catch up on the Online game soon - it's always hilarious.
  • i love how the large wedge of cheese changes positions between takes.
    or...IS IT AN ILLUSIONNNNN???
  • That gnome is a VERY tall gnome
  • One word: Illusions, baby. Illusions. Damn, that's three words.
  • . . . that's EXACTLY what I was going too say.
    Well done, sir.
  • But I believe a computer, which is a non-intelligent creature, can not be fooled by illusions and will filter out the illusion showing... a very tall gnome. Debate?
  • He's a tallfellow gnome
  • No its all an illusion, wosh
  • After the longest time, you are back to your genius! I'll agree it moved slowly, but after about 1.5 mins, it was wonderful!
  • Nice addition. Thought it was slow at first, but I liked how it progressively became funnier. Nice bringing back Nebin and aww the soft side of Morthos. Good show, great job guys.
  • I dont think there was one curse before the out takes...i dont think anyhows. Woohooo. You guys rock lol
  • I really enjoy your work, but would you consider normalizing it a bit? I end up having to volume-jockey it to hear everything and yet suppress the booming bits.
  • Yes! You guys are back! This is great... Glad to have you back!
  • Ah that was awesome, those two mixed really well
  • This is brilliant. Best parts all of the outtakes. And I love Morthos. Steve plays him well.
  • I thought there was really a moment there on the lap... you know... it was sweet. Looking forward to the shaper idea though... I dig psionics.
    Maybe room for an elan/wilder lady... Racial and class based mood swings... always a winner. Plus, elans tend to be red-heads... which freaks out my room mate. An excuse to bring misty back?
    Always a delight, of course.
  • Actually, we've already done the Elan Wilder - in the form of Eulad (and her counterpart, Deathblossom).
    Still, we'll keep our eye out for ANY excuse to bring Jamie (player of Misty) back to the table.
    Rockstar.
  • When is the next PSA comming out, and what is the next debate about?
  • Eulad (at least in the XPH) is a Maenad, not an Elan. Still, same idea, though. Racial AND class based mood swings.
