I {"MISS"} the old spawn generation from Alpha. The Nostalgia texture pack doesn't look good with the new code to me. But for some reason, your world looks nice with it.

My original idea for this room was a kitchen; one that was outside the main house so all the funky food smells were not part of the main castle house. Maybe you can move the Lounge to a bigger space, this seems so claustrophobic to me. You COULD always change your mind about the space usage, right??? ;-D

I think you've executed bad fung-shui, cutting off the space, as you have, in the TV/Lounge Rm. My suggestion is make that small alcove stone w/ stone walls & ceilings and make the currently intended tv wall - a stone fireplace. Make the couch 2-sided so it faces both fireplace a large, large-screen tv on the vacant, opposing wall. Also, please take down that creepy skeleton painting.

My 8-yr old says the creepy skeleton painting is fine and that you should explore the mine!!!

How about changing the gravel walkways to stone brick ones? That way you can also use matching slabs and stairs that would make it easier to just walk the walkways instead of jumping all of the time.

hey chimney if u put a bucket of lava in the furnace for fuel it burns for like an hour! and you get the bucket back, its a great source of fuel if you have a nether portal.
