I see too much on here about the ALLI oops. I can safely say that neither of us have had that problem. If it does happen then it's apparent to me that they aren't watching their fat intake enough. I'm sure if I took Alli and stuffed a Whopper down my throat I would probably have that oops as well. It's a great tool to make you WATCH what you're eating. We're actually coming off of it as we've been on it for some time now. I'd recommend it to anyone as there are many worse products out there.

I started using Alli again myself. I lost 31 lbs two years ago... but gained it all back (when I gave up smoking for good). I think alot of people shy away from Alli because of the side effects - personally, I've found if you eat low fat foods, there really are no side effects. It's a great little aid to weight loss. I started using my treadmill, too. So far, I feel pretty good.

Actually now maybe I will consider posting an update pretty soon as we have lost more weight since this video was uploaded a few weeks ago... My wife has lost another 18lbs and I have lost another 21. Glad to hear that we can be an inspiration because other people can only be one for so long until you need to get out there and be on the other end of it.
By the way, sorry for not being so technological on the video end, this is my first ever youtube upload. If you would like any tips or advice feel free to ask. :)
