My antenna was a little different. I have a mangetic antenna, so mine was pretty simple to do.
But the one your talkin about, i guess you can really bolt down anywhere. I've never done it, but i know its not too difficult.
They're Built for the mirrors, like on bigger trucks, but they dont have that on newer ones anyway...So i've seen people mount them on the rear bumper, and run the cable that way, or mount it on the lip of the bed (closest to the cab). Whatever looks best really. Haha
