  • a generation of kids who grew up watching these schoolhouse rock videos owes a debt of gratitude to musicians like bob dorough, lynn ahern and blossom dearie who have created an enduring educational legacy that continues to this day. much of what i've learned about english and grammar structure is because of these vids and for that i'll be eternally grateful. these vids bring a smile to my face every time!

  • Dorough wrote it

  • Dorough did'nt sing "Conjunction" that was the great Jack Sheldon.

  • Love Bob!!!!

BTW- Doesn't the guitarist look kinda like Brian Wilson?

  • And But and Or will get you pretty far!

  • Bob is eternal singer !!! Miles loves him.

    Everybody digs Bob.

    Great.

  • tru - damn! this guy educated entire generation.

  • Damn!

How could I miss such event in Toronto?!

  • Oh man.October 27 of last year. If he could perform in Toronto I wonder what it would take to get him to the Jazz festival here in Barrie (100 km north of Toronto). Of course I would love to hear him sing my favourite - Lucky Seven Sampson.

I do have one of his CDs. Neat stuff.

  • I remember watching these on Saturday mornings. These help me to remember Nouns, Adjectives, Conjuctions, and Verbs etc. Great memories.

  • I would love to see him in person!

  • hahahaha
