i love janice but i absolutely don't get why peter is being presented as the villain of this show, everything he's ever said or done seems pretty reasonable to me. in the real business world, janice wouldn't book a single job for her models with her tantrums in front of the clients, which is why i assume that 90% of the show is scripted anyways and i sure do hope that all the peter-bashing is as well

I think from the very beginning Janice said she was the model agency and he was the business half and he agreed to that. Then he started to try to do her half of the business and I think that's when it went sour. Peter should have just stuck to his end of the business. You can replace Peter but how can you replace a JANICE?

Just from the footage, she doesn't really come across as someone who is easy to communicate with. For all we know, Peter does have a system of booking models, but if she ignores it and takes the models to do jobs that she knows will get ratings on tv, then that's what she'll do, ignoring what Peter says.

And just remember how she treated the Aussiebum clients - there were 2 sides to that story and it was all pretty suspicious. Clients who she insults still stick with it for the free publicity

As Peter said, he has the rights to the name and since she is being nasty, i don't see why he can't be nasty too. Throughout the show, there is footage of Janice being unreasonable and not wanting to work with Peter in an amicable way...
