I am currently going through this same situation right now with my soon to be X wife who has custody of all 3 of my kids. We were married for 10 years, and today was our first court case for me to get visitation with my kids. Her first words to the court were to attack my character on what a horrible abusive father and husband I am and that my kids were afraid to visit me, WHAT A BOLD FACE LIE!!! I am a Protestant Christian who walks in Christ.I see what I am in for...My poor kids,God help them.

I am so sorry that you & your children have been subjected to this type of abuse. One of the biggest threats to our children is that the targeted parent doesn't realize the lengths their ex will go to until it is already too late. I think if a parent is physically or emotionally abusive, they deserve the alienation. They should not be allowed near kids. "Alienating" an abuser from the innocent victim is not abuse. It is logical. And it is the right thing to do. If a parent who has not abused a child is being alienated, that would be terrible.

I know from experience that some parents do not deserve their kids.

Deb Gertsen of Lake Mills Iowa has done this to not only her own children but her grandchild. What a sick individual! It shows how weak a person is when they have to make a child feel hated by others in order to secure a relationship with that child.

I totally agree with you, I'm an Italian father that has been alienated for more then one year from his son LEO...since my ex alcoholic wife abducted him to Los Angeles..

Once there she went to court and charged me with horrible accusations,sexual abuse on my son,phisically and domestic violence on him and her etcetera...

After a ten days trail with the Hague and all the accusations have been dismiss the judge denied the return of my son to his resident country!!

Our family was dragged through court by my husband's ex-wife for over 14 years...when we refused to continue being dragged through the mud (along with not just their daughter together but our other four children) then the court appointed attorney for our daughter had our daughter get on the phone while she was at home with her biological mom & her attorney on the other line...they all called us & had our daughter tell us (at age 14) "I'm going to wait until I'm 18 to come back to visit"...

The Majesty put in his report to be submitted to the judge that I hit her with my hand. Which she developed a cut lip... Bottom line i was put out of my home (homeless). My daughters the ages of 13 and 15 won't speak too me. My son been asking about my where abouts. They will not call me or respond to my facebook messages. I've been blocked by my oldest daughter. This shit is killing me emotionally, mentally, and physically. I lost my identity, my kids, and my property based on a lie....

I'm going this right now. Wife filed a false charge with no evidence. I went to jail from defending myself from being hit by her. Spent 6 hours in jail and had a hearing the same day. (Never heard of this). Not too mention prior to being locked up i had to visit the majesty office with sheriff. Right in front of me the officer gave my Wife statement to the majesty. Wife said I threw her on the bed and started choking her and managed to break free. Continue..

Unfortunately it isn't just fathers but also mothers who are subjected to this. Your story is all too familiar with me I have 3 older children missing out on their maternal side of the family. This is because of my ex's animosity toward me. I miss them terribly and there isn't a day that goes by I don't think about them. God bless anyone having to go through this!

I just found out my daughter is too far gone at this point. It is sad.

It is quite amazing that she can believe the lies of a heavy manipulative mother over photographic evidence of otherwise ("I left when she was a baby" vs.pictures of my 2nd daughter and us together...constant visits for years, etc.

She is brain dead due to her mother.

I'm done with her. I'm not going to be the guy to get blamed anymore. I'm sure the witch is working hard on the 2nd daughter at this point. :(

Our family has been a victim of PAS for over 12 years now and the good news is that one of our kids, after I told her to research in google on this syndrome, she found out the truth at 32 years of age. She came back to me and we have gone through a lot of healing together and all those 11 years of separation caused by PAS are history! After 4 years of fighting an extremely female-biased & corrupt family court system, dealing with indifferent & greedy lawyers, inept parenting co-ordinators, counsellors, & "assessors", I have been wiped out financially, and my child lives half the country away with her "mother." This, despite the fact that I was the primary care-giver & the one who raised our child.

I am so, so tired and...disconsolate.

STATISTICS : More MEN have committed suicide, over parental alienation than died in the both wars - i have also become a victim of this , i have always been a loving and great father , but since getting divorced , i and my son have also been subjected to this crime , i have not had a relationship with my son for 8 years now , and i have also been through hell and back , and no one has ever given me a reason why my son has not been able to see me , his mother has fully controlled the system.

i most cases of pas the father only loves his childeren very much .

Custodial parents that engage in parental alienation are definitely committing a crime, and so are the judicial officials and other authorities that allow it, or, like in my case, promote it. According to the law, child abuse is ANY injury to a child's life or health. There is no doubt that parental alienation is child abuse, as it emotionally scars the child for life, and there is no doubt that those who participate in it or condone it are guilty of criminal child abuse.

Was kept from my Mom during my entire childhood-always had 2 hear from paternal relatives that she's "borderline-retarded", would always have a mind of a 10 yr old..fast forward yrs later when I reached adult age and met her..she's normal! just had a hard life. I still would had been better off w/her. Instead, I was raised by abusive Gma who's son(my Father) had left me and my Brother with. Many relatives were aware of the abuse but did nothing.

We are NOT free and the judges are not bracve. Too many (not all) hide behind their benchs wrapped in robes of corruption and arrogance.

If our founding fathers were alive today they would be some of the very first to be thrown in jail. They would never put up with the supremist attitude and blantant tyranny from our courts!
