Cliff Drive Bike Ride part 2

Nice! I think this was taken back when the park was closed for traffic which probably made it one of the best places to ride in the city.

Actually, this was taken about three years before the city declared weekends on Cliff Drive to be "car-free." It was on my way home from work one evening.

There just never was all that much through traffic on Cliff Drive. I just wish that people would not throw bottles off the upper level of the cliffs down on to the roadway. It's awfully badly littered with glass these days.

Oh cool. I used to live in that area back in '99/2000 a And used to ride my bike there all summer long. I agree with you though. It does look trashy in some places.

Lovely piece of road. Reminds me of Kent/Sussex in England, or beautiful parts of Scotland.
