Nice work, and well done on the hike. I did the same thing for my PCT hike in '07. (can't link here but it's on my account). The photos were all wonky but I rotated/zoomed in to line up my eyes and mouth in each one and it looks like I as if I took them like that.
I noticed that pretty much everytime you are wearing your headlamp you have a knit hat on. It would save weight to cut the band off the headlamp and sew the lamp to your knit hat, im juss saying. cool story bro
You got easier to look upon as the days went. HAH! Just messin'. I admire your courage and perseverance. I hope to be on the trail within a few years and will smile thinking about this, you and your journey. Thanks for posting and hail!

dude this is great, i really want to hike part of the trail before i leave for the marine corps aug.23. i live in NC is there i trail you recommend me doing for about 2 weeks?
Looking at your pictures I think the man changed quite a lot during the trip and not just the beard great film thanks for all the effort that went into making it be safe my very best Michael S
Nice area at 1:05 Great Smokey Mountain National Park isnt it? been there and loved it...lot of it unfortunetly was shrouded in fog and cloud during the time I was there.
how many beards look so cool when they've been grown for a reasonable amount of time? why do us men feel pressured into shaving? Time to stick 2 fingers up to gillette!!
Great idea, a different perspective of the trail and what how the trail affects the body. I liked all the backgrounds, and i was liked looking at what gear you had on, how often you had different pieces on. Way to go!
I think your beard peaked somewhere around day 102 in the afternoon. After that point, it just got kind of scary.... Thanks for the voicemail. I'll give you a buzz soon. Hope you're doing well! Love always, DLL
