Biggest asshole during that season. It was awesome seeing him get voted off and he thought he was such a mastermind. He'll never reach the caliber of Parvati, Russell, and Rob.
If they don't bring back Marty, I'll be pissed. A fantastic player who was stuck in a terrible season. Put Marty in a cast of actually decent players, and you have yourself a real season!
survivor has never had anyone nearly as polished as marty. he had too much going for him- great looks, obviously highly educated, cultured, and accomplished. no surprise that those illiterates around him got so frothing rabid and felt deeply threatened. it must have been hard and very unusual for him to be stranded with a pack of rubes and savages for so long. so the silver lining is that he isn't stuck with them. but he sure was a riot at tribal councils- he will be missed.
He's definitely my favorite, and whenever he leaves, I'm done with this season. Brenda and Sash are okay players, but neither are very likable or entertaining.
He is definitely the smartest player so far, not playing the idol was luck and trust... He is like Russell but without the evil involved but it is unlucky that he had to switch tribes... My guess is that he gets an alliance with Fabio, Jill, and Kelly Purple ousting Board B*tch Brenda, Sach, and Jane
I agree! He had his bad moments, he made his mistakes but i wish he would have stayed longer in the game (at least until he took NaOnka out), he kept it interesting for me.

Too bad he was on the outs with Brenda. He just didn't have a chance with her manipulative ass calling the shots.
He kind of made himself look foolish taunting NaOnka so hard at last night's tribal.
He didn't get her to cough up the idol, AND he got the boot.

He totally got a free pass because Brenda was too anxious to get Kelly B out.
Brenda made it clear to Marty who the real threat is.
As much as I don't like Marty, I want to see him make Brenda pay for her foolishness.
Marty is definately a better player than her in the tribal council arena.

motorcitymadman, I beg to differ on voting off J Johnson. There was no urgency for that at this stage of the game.
Dan probably has more upper body strength than Johnson but he is a liability on any challenge that involves running.
Dan and Holly should have been next on the block.
